Support procurement activities by reviewing technical tasks, preparing tender documents, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities include assisting seniors in supplier selection, ensuring compliance with directives, managing the CMS system, and coordinating with auditors.
Assist Senior in the preparation of the department budget while also ensuring conformity with guidelines set by
Carry out procurement related technical activities and seek advice and guidance from senior engineer I Team leader where required.
Complete technical tender documents/bids summary and quotation. Complete all the actions necessary for finalizing a contract by soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and following up with suppliers as per business unit requirements.
Ensure to follow and implement IPC, HPC, KPC, CAPT directives and amendments in the tender law any time as required.
Effectively control & coordinate with IA & SAB Auditors to prepare year end audit reports, gather and share information, prepare audit responses, and seek team leader consent to share it.
Operates and manage CMS system to control and manage contracts administration effectively.
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
6 years of experience with 3 years' experience in relevant function preferably in oil and gas industry.
