Procurement Engineer

You should have at least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management. It is preferred that you have a background in Robotics or Medical Devices industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying, contacting, and managing vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials. You will also be responsible for generating and processing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), coordinating vendor responses, creating Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) accurately, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining procurement records. Additionally, you will need to conduct quality checks during incoming inspections, coordinate with vendors for quality certificates and compliance documents, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being detail-oriented, familiar with inventory tracking, and proficient in MS Excel. Experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this role.,
