Procurement Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of procurement operations, vendor management, inventory & supply chain coordination, reporting & documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying suppliers and vendors for goods, materials, and services. - Issuing RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFP (Request for Proposal), or RFI (Request for Information). - Receiving and evaluating quotations/bids or proposals from suppliers. - Preparing price comparative statements and evaluation reports. - Assisting in Purchase Committee meetings and maintaining documentation. - Preparing and processing purchase orders with accuracy and completeness. - Ensuring compliance with ACA policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and performance. - Evaluating supplier performance regularly in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines. - Identifying alternative suppliers to mitigate risks and ensure the continuity of the supply chain. - Collaborating with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and forecast demand. - Monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support operational needs.
