As a Procurement & Contracts Specialist - Digital Sourcing at Lumen, you will play a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of contracts and RFx processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end contract management, which involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing contracts. - Managing RFx processes by collaborating with business stakeholders, defining requirements, drafting RFx documents, evaluating supplier responses, and supporting supplier selection. - Negotiating contract terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements and mitigate risks. - Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation to support audits and reporting requirements. - Collaborating with internal teams to align contractual terms with organizational goals. - Facilitating contract-related discussions, negotiations, and escalations as needed. - Standardizing sourcing and procurement processes within the COE framework to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings. - Promoting consistency in procurement policies, procedures, and the use of digital procurement tools and templates. - Utilizing AI-powered tools such as Copilot, SAP, and Ariba to automate routine tasks, analyze data, and enhance decision-making in contract and sourcing activities. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contract management. - Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and standardization. - Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, CLM, and e-Procurement tools. - Hands-on experience using AI tools and Copilot to optimize daily work and decision-making. In addition to the above qualifications, you should be willing to work night shifts to support North America teams. The location for this position is Bangalore, and it follows a hybrid work model.
