Description
As a key member of the team at Cencora, you will play a crucial role in contract drafting and management. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, coordinating, and finalizing Project Service Agreements (PSAs) and related vendor contracts in alignment with PLX templates, policies, and client requirements. - Taking ownership of the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to post-signature storage, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. - Ensuring contractual compliance with internal requirements and client-specific regulations. - Accurately updating the contract tracker and SharePoint-based contract repository, including metadata input and proper naming conventions. - Maintaining and proposing updates to PSA templates based on operational feedback or regulatory changes. - Proactively identifying and escalating potential issues, such as incomplete information or scope concerns. - Participating in improving the contractual drafting and management process through collaboration, documentation updates, and suggesting best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience with contracts or Purchase orders drafting and management. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. - Ability to work autonomously, concentrate on high-quality work, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). - Experience with contract management systems or SharePoint is a plus. - Proficiency with database filling & management to ensure data accuracy. - Very good command of English (written and oral) and good communication skills for handling meetings with internal stakeholders/Vendors. - Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders. - Critical thinking skills to propose ideas for improving current contract drafting and other administrative processes.
