Job Description

Coordinate with various vendors for tendering, procurement, and contractual processes.
Handle commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance, including reviewing and renewing annual rate contracts.
Develop vendors by sourcing and evaluating their financial stability and competence.
Generate purchase orders in the SAP/Ivalua system.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely work completion and material delivery.
Prepare monthly reports on commercial activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in civil procurement.
Proficiency in SAP/Ivalua, MS-Project, CAD, and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in civil construction and interiors finishes activities.
Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
