Job Description

Job Summary:

The Procurement-to-Pay Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, accurate invoice processing, and compliance with organizational policies. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders, and finance teams to optimize procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full P2P cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and deliveries.
Monitor and track procurement KPIs such as cycle time, cost savings, and vendor performance.
Collaborate with finance teams for timely invoice approvals and payment processing.
Support audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the P2P cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or accounts payable processes.
Strong knowledge of P2P systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
