Job Overview:

• _ We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator to manage and process UAE Golden Visa applications for eligible clients, investors, and employees. The role ensures compliance with immigration regulations while coordinating with clients, internal teams, and government authorities to achieve accurate and timely visa submissions._

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and manage client documents for Golden Visa applications.
• Maintain organized digital and physical applicant files.
• Prepare and submit visa applications via UAE government portals (TAMM, ICP, GDRFA, etc.).
• Track application progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales consultants for accurate client information.
• Communicate with clients to request missing or corrected documents.
• Ensure accurate data entry in systems and trackers.
• Follow up with PROs and government offices for approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on case status.
• Update and maintain lead and case tracking sheets.
• Stay informed on Golden Visa regulations and procedure changes.
• Coordinate with finance for invoices and payment confirmations.
• Support scheduling of medical, Emirates ID, and biometric appointments.
• Assist management in improving processing efficiency and timely case completion.

Requirements:

• Any degree with strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and online government portals (ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE).
• Basic knowledge of documentation and application processing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
