Process Mining Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and transformation stakeholders to

  understand key process challenges and KPIs

  across procurement and supply chain.
• Use

  process mining insights

  to uncover root causes, quantify value leakage, and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Develop

  data-driven business cases and value realization frameworks

  , tying insights to cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, and compliance metrics.
• Lead

  value identification workshops and storyboarding sessions

  , articulating findings to executive audiences.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear transformation initiatives with defined impact and ownership.
• Collaborate closely with Process Mining Analysts, Data Engineers, and Transformation Leads to ensure insights are implemented and sustained.
• Track, measure, and communicate realized value to stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in

  process transformation, process mining, or business value consulting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Procurement and Supply Chain

  processes — Source-to-Pay (S2P), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and related KPIs.
• Proven experience in identifying process inefficiencies, quantifying business impact, and designing improvement recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with

  Celonis

  ,

  Signavio

  , or other process mining platforms.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into a

  value narrative

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with

  ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

  and key data structures.
• Exposure to

  automation, RPA, or digital transformation

  initiatives.

• Celonis

  certifications (Analyst, Business Value Architect, or Implementation Professional) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in

  consulting, CoE, or client-facing transformation roles.
