About the opportunity:

What You'll Do:

• Perform

  end-to-end process mining

  using Celonis, including

  event log preparation

  ,

  OCPM modeling

  ,

  process discovery

  ,

  conformance checking

  , and

  root cause analysis

• Build and optimize Celonis Studio components

  , including

  OCPM object models

  ,

  Data Models

  ,

  Knowledge Models

  ,

  Views

  ,

  Action Flows

  , and advanced

  PQL

  queries
• Design

  insightful dashboards and KPIs

  that convert process data into actionable business outcomes
• Translate business challenges into structured data insights and

  object-centric process improvements

• Collaborate with business operations, IT, transformation, and analytics teams to deploy and scale solutions

• Support or lead the delivery of process mining engagements depending on experience level

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, prepare solution documentation, and present findings to business users

• (For experienced professionals) Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 12 years

  of experience in

  Celonis Data Engineering

  or related process mining roles
• Strong expertise in

  Celonis

  , including

  Studio

  ,

  OCPM

  ,

  PQL

  ,

  Action Flows

  ,

  Views

  , and

  Data Models

• Hands-on experience with OCPM

  use cases, object modeling, and relationships is essential
• Familiarity with

  SAP tables

  is required;

  Infor

  system knowledge is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of core domains:

  P2P, O2C, IM, AP, AR

• Proficiency in SQL

  ,

  data transformation

  , or

  ETL pipelines

  is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a

  process-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing delivery timelines or teams (for senior professionals)

• Celonis Technical Expert certification
