Process Transformation Consultant (CMMI)

About the Role:

CMMI High Maturity practices (ML4/ML5), including PPMs, PPBs, SPC, and metrics-driven process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in process improvement initiatives with a focus on

  high maturity practices and quantitative analysis

  .
• Define and implement

  PPMs, PPBs and apply SPC techniques

  like regression, ANOVA, hypothesis tests, control chart etc
• Use tools like

  Minitab, R, Crystal Ball

  for simulation.
• Analyze

  AS-IS processes

  and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Facilitate measurement system setup, define metrics and support dashboards.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in CMMI appraisal readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to internal IP/tools/templates.

Requirements:

• 6–10

  years in process quality, delivery excellence, or metrics-based roles.

• Experience with CMMI-DEV and high maturity practices (mandatory).

• Skilled in tools like

  Crystal Ball, Minitab, Excel, R or Python

  for data analysis.
• Familiarity with

  SQA, EPG/SEPG and audit

  processes.
• Exposure to

  CMMI appraisals

  (ATM/FAR experience preferred).
• Certifications like

  CMMI Associate, Lean Six Sigma

  or similar are a plus.

Education:

BE / BTech / MCA / MBA (Ops/Systems) or equivalent

Location:

BANGALORE; willing to travel for client engagements
