Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with a strong BPO background to train and develop teams for our Banking Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, process knowledge, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for banking voice process.
  • Deliver product, process, and compliance training.
  • Assess trainees through tests, role-plays, and mock calls.
  • Identify training needs and create training materials.
  • Work with operations to improve quality and performance.
  • Maintain training reports and ensure readiness of agents.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in BPO training (voice process).
  • Prior experience in Banking / BFSI process preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of call handling, customer service, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
