Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Process Trainer for an international client, specializing in customer support processes. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer, with a proven track record reflected in their employment history.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on customer process workflows.
Develop and maintain training modules, manuals, and content tailored to client requirements.Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO/Customer Support environment.
Must be a graduate in any discipline.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced international process environment.Salary & Benefits:
