Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately by identifying solutions and appropriate responses. Provide information about products or services, taking orders, and processing returns. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their needs are met. Document all call information, interactions, and steps taken in detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner during all customer interactions.
