Job Description

Conduct new hire training and process refresher sessions for existing staff. Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training using various techniques and tools (e.g. LMS presentations role plays). Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance analysis. Monitor trainee performance and provide timely feedback and coaching. Collaborate with operations Quality and HR teams to ensure alignment of training goals with business needs. Identify process gaps and recommend training interventions for improvement.
