Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in Bangalore for a leading client in the international voice process sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process as a trainer and a total experience of more than 4 years Role & responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees in the international voice process. Assess training needs and create tailored training materials to enhance employee performance. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure understanding of processes and procedures. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement training solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development. Preferred candidate profile Maximum of 4 years experience and atleast 1 year as a trainer, preferably in a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate trainees. Proficient in using training tools and technologies. Job Location for Bangalore for our Leading Client.
