Process Trainer (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct training sessions for

    new hires and existing employees

    .
  • Design, plan, and implement

    effective training curriculum

    based on business needs.
  • Develop training materials such as

    presentations, process SOPs, and video modules

    .
  • Deliver

    batch-wise training

    to freshers and experienced staff, ensuring training quality.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs (

    TNA/TNI

    ) and prepare monthly training calendars.
  • Conduct

    pre- and post-training assessments

    , monitor progress, and maintain performance reports.
  • Continuously review training methods and update modules with the latest best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum

    4+ years of overall experience

    with at least

    2+ years as a Process Trainer

    in international voice processes.
  • Experience handling

    large batches

    of trainees.
  • Strong understanding of

    training needs analysis (TNA/TNI)

    and proven

    coaching abilities

    .
  • Hands-on experience in developing

    training content, modules, and SOPs

    .
  • Knowledge of

    US culture

    and international customer service practices.

  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-versed in

    soft skills training methodologies

  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in

    different shifts (including night shifts if required)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree is must.

  • Should have good experience on classroom training and prior experience in handling batches of fresher and existing folks.

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment)

  • Should have good exposure on MS Excel, word and PowerPoint

  • Should have excellent English communication skills and facility skills Should be flexible to work in the shifts.
