About the Role:

experienced International Voice Process professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from international customers professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries and issues.
Maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction and first-call resolution (FCR)
.
Ensure compliance with process and quality standards.
Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of
International Voice Process
experience (Inbound/Outbound/Customer Support/Technical Support).
Excellent Communication Skills
in English both verbal and written.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (including night shifts)
.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Up to 4.7 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
Working Days:
5 days a week (2 rotational week offs)
Transport:
2-way cab facility provided
Location:
Hitech City, Hyderabad
