Process Specialist – Immigration & Education Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end application processing for overseas university admissions.
• Compile, verify, and upload academic and financial documents as per university and immigration requirements.
• Coordinate with university admission teams for offer letters, I-20s, COEs, and related documents.
• Prepare and file student visa applications for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
• Track visa statuses and provide timely updates to students and internal teams.
• Communicate with students to collect pending documents and provide regular status updates.
• Respond to process-related queries within 24 working hours.
• Maintain updated records in CRM and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Adhere to internal SOPs, timelines, and quality standards throughout the process.
• Coordinate with counselling, admissions, and finance teams for aligned process flow.
• Generate and share timely reports on application and visa statuses.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, university guidelines, and documentation norms.

Required Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in backend processing or operations in the education or immigration sector.
• Prior experience with overseas university applications and visa filing (highly preferred).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student files and meet deadlines.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
