Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including validates the Onboarding documents, Job requisition, and starts onboarding action on Workday profile setup by creating, Employee ID, SAP ID. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the system. Employee Lifecycle Management: - Manage employee data, including personal information, job roles, and performance records. - Support performance management systems, Lateral Moves, Change Jobs, etcCompensation & Benefits: - Administer payroll, benefits, and rewards programs. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations of respective countries.Offboarding & Retirement:- Manage offboarding processes. Ensure a positive experience for departing employees while maintaining organizational knowledge transfer. SLA Compliance SLA Execution: Executes transactions according to guidelines and timelines to meet SLA targets. Supports daily huddles and provides training to ensure delivery predictability.Process Compliance Quality Adherence: Processes transactions to meet quality standards and conducts QC/QA programs to ensure process compliance. Knowledge Capture: Reviews inputs from team members and creates case studies/FAQs to capture tacit knowledge.
