Role Overview: As an Operational Specialist in Packaging & Product Sustainability at GROHE Global Product (GGP) within LIXIL International, your role is crucial in coordinating and managing cross-functional packaging processes for new product launches and existing products. You will ensure compliance with packaging regulations, drive sustainability initiatives, and facilitate smooth operational execution among various teams involved in packaging. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to define packaging needs for new product launches and packaging changes in alignment with business, quality, and regulatory requirements. - Efficiently collect and document all packaging-related data, including specifying new data needs and cleaning existing data as necessary for reporting and business purposes. - Serve as the main point of contact for packaging-related topics from manufacturing plants and business units. - Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, clarity, and standardization in packaging processes. - Monitor packaging-related regulations proactively, identifying risks and opportunities for compliance and optimization. - Support the implementation of product sustainability initiatives within the packaging domain to align with LIXIL's sustainability strategy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to own and improve complex processes. - Proven experience in a complex cross-functional role within a multinational organization. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies. - Previous knowledge of packaging, product sustainability, and compliance is advantageous. - Track record of collecting and managing data, proactive process development, and coordination. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse international stakeholders and drive change. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive task and priority definition. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus. - Willingness to travel as needed (limited for the role).
