Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to own and improve complex processes. - Proven experience in a complex cross-functional role within a multinational organization. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies. - Previous knowledge of packaging, product sustainability, and compliance is advantageous. - Track record of collecting and managing data, proactive process development, and coordination. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse international stakeholders and drive change. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive task and priority definition. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus. - Willingness to travel as needed (limited for the role).
