Process Lead / Process Manager- IC

As a Process Manager/Leader at our company, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure smooth coordination and communication within the team and with clients. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Coordinate client interviews and tests during the pre-sales phase. - Communicate client requirements effectively to developers. - Collaborate with developers to create small sample code or POCs. - Prepare developers for interviews, coding assignments, and tests. - Review and create technical and functional write-ups for projects. This position does not involve coding or direct client interactions. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry. - Preference for candidates with exposure to development or development support environments. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Energetic, proactive, and capable of multitasking. - Willingness to relocate to Bhopal.
