Operations Manager

As an experienced Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing performance management processes such as goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Your role will involve developing and generating reports on a regular basis to provide valuable insights to senior management. You will also be required to coordinate with various departments and support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as necessary.
