Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid Model)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Backfill role)
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (with flexibility up to 9:30 PM for Canada region)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Lead – Buyer Work Bench to support procurement operations for a global financial services client. This role requires a solid understanding of the PR to PO process, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. The position involves working in a global environment and mentoring users in Oracle Fusion Procurement functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement back-office operations with a focus on Buyer Work Bench processes.
  • Handle end-to-end Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) lifecycle using Oracle Fusion.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support and resolution of queries via ServiceNow and email.
  • Act as the point of contact for Oracle Fusion procurement support, and mentor other users.
  • Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to generate procurement insights and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support knowledge transfer and training during onboarding and system changes.
  • Collaborate with global teams across various time zones.
  • Adapt to process improvements and changes in tools, systems, and business needs.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement back-office operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion in the PR to PO process.
  • Strong understanding of procurement workflows, vendor management, and PO/PR handling.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior users and guide them on Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changes in a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with regular initial office attendance for training.

  • Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview at Gurgaon Office

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid model (Initial days in-office for training).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
