Process Innovation Engineer

As an Engineer in the Process Innovation Cell within the Lean Manufacturing department of a Manufacturing industry, your role is crucial in eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and optimizing processes at all levels of production. Your responsibilities include: - Having a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred. - Previous experience in lean manufacturing roles within industries like automotive, aerospace, electronics, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals can be advantageous. - A track record of successfully implementing lean initiatives and achieving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, lead times, or cost reduction.
