Safety

1. To improve working condition to reduce risks during operation. 1. No. of Recordable injuries
2. No. of Restricted injuries 3. No. of KY done Production 1.To ensure all operations according to plan/ job standards. 2.To resolve daily gaps through interacting with other departments & operators. 3. To do communication with operators for daily operational gaps/Recuts. 4. To monitor and analysis of daily process rejection. 5.To monitor out put of the machine. 6.To improve and sustain 5's' condition in plant. 7. Attend the DPM, DRM, Safety Meeting, QC Meeting, Tool Box meeting, Production team Meeting etc. 1. Plan vs Actual 2. CFT meeting. 3. Tool box meeting. 4. Process yield. 5. APS 6. 5S audit 7. Daily & Weekly meetings. Cost 1.To monitor and reduce consumable cost through task group meetings. 1. Monitor trend of consumption of consumable according to production. 2.To identify and reduce wastages in power and utilities 2. Monitor Power consumption against productivity. Quality & Continuous Improvements. 1. To do in process rejection analysis 2. To reduce generation and flow out of defects 3. Adherence and compliance to ISO requirement 4. Identify the projects and do the Quality circle. 1. Next process Claim. 2. To make the CAPA. 3. System implementation & adherence. 4. Improve the quality rating and reduce the rejections. Manpower Development 1.Education to operators about production equipment, quality requirements, Kaizens, TPM etc. 2. To provide on job trainings to operators 1. No. of Kaizens 2. No. of trainings Environment 1. Adherence and compliance to EMS/OHSAS requirement. 1. No. of Non Conformities in internal audit.
