Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Executive. The role is located in Lucknow. The Process Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with clients. The individual will analyze customer needs and provide solutions, as well as manage and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

• Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
