Job Description

As an Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager on various projects by collecting and analyzing data, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and monitoring results. Your primary focus will be on improving operational efficiency, quality, and processes using Six Sigma improvement techniques and tactics. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Operating under the overseeing of Black Belt Manager. - Collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of process variation and inefficiency. - Promoting data-driven solutions over subjective estimates. - Utilizing graphs to visually represent process improvements for better understanding. - Creating a communication plan to convey project information to organizational leaders and stakeholders. - Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by providing regular project updates supported by data. - Prioritizing deliverables based on the manager's directives for dependencies and conflicts. - Engaging in data collection and experiment execution to support Black Belt Projects. - Utilizing the best Six Sigma techniques and tools. - Developing strong working relationships with team members through small-scale improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus. - Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. - 2-3 years of experience with continuous improvement and/or data analysis in the service industry. - Self-driven to learn new skills and drive changes with a positive spirit of cooperation. - Knowledge of Lean principles and other quality management methodologies is a plus. - Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word). - Excellent data management expertise with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Confident in leading Lean/Six Sigma training sessions independently. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with departmental leaders. - Proven business acumen with critical thinking skills. - Enjoyment of working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.,
