Process Excellence - Senior Analyst (Green Belt)

As an Analyst in this role located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, your primary responsibility is to support the Manager on various projects by collecting and analyzing data, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and monitoring results. You will work under the oversight of the Black Belt Manager and strive to improve operational efficiency, quality, and processes utilizing Six Sigma improvement techniques and tools. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of process variation and inefficiency. - Promoting data-driven solutions over subjective estimates. - Utilizing graphs to visually represent process improvements for better understanding. - Creating a communication plan to convey project information to organizational leaders and stakeholders. - Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by presenting project updates based on factual data. - Prioritizing deliverables based on manager's guidance for dependencies and conflicts. - Engaging in data collection and experiment execution to support Black Belt Projects. - Developing strong working relationships with team members through small-scale improvement initiatives. - Performing any other duties as assigned. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree (Masters degree is a plus), Six Sigma Green Belt certification, 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or data analysis (preferably in the service industry), proficiency in MS Office tools, excellent data management expertise, knowledge of Lean principles, strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You should be self-driven to learn new skills, collaborate effectively, lead Lean/Six Sigma training sessions, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
