Job Description

The Manager Process Excellence (Black Belt) plays a crucial role in facilitating process/performance improvement activities and enhancing quality scores by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the senior manager on a variety of projects aimed at driving automation, enhancing processes/quality, promoting standardization, developing SOPs, and boosting customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a small team of analysts for different projects, working in conjunction with senior managers, process owners, and subject matter experts to define improvement goals and areas for enhancement. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, performance analysis, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and successful completion. Additionally, you will be required to facilitate resolution for dependencies and conflicts, provide regular updates to the Leadership group, and develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree (Masters/MBA preferred) along with Black Belt certification (external certification from an approved training program is preferred). You should have at least 4 years of experience in change management, project management, continuous performance improvement, or data analysis, particularly within the service industry. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS), MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Access, Word), and strong leadership skills are essential for this position. Furthermore, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, drive positive changes through cooperation and collaboration, and exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial as you will be interacting with C-level executives and board members. Overall, your ability to lead improvement initiatives independently, facilitate training sessions on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives will be key to success in this role.,
