Process Engineering Head- Sustainable Aviation Fuel

Role & responsibilities

1.Ability to Build an engineering function team with the capability to do Basic, extended basic, and FEED engineering

2.Ability to manage and drive detailed engineering work for the Global SAF projects.

3.Ensure first-time rights and a high-quality standard for the engineering work and deliverables.

4.Formulate, drive, and implement engineering strategy and strategic operational goals.

5.Set-up the quality engineering systems

6.Oversee all areas of the Engineering function and quality of service delivery, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customers expectations.

7.Resource planning & allocation of the projects. Ensure delivery of documents as per project schedule.

8.Adhere to engineering procedures and processes so that the rework and cost of poor quality are less than 1%.

9.Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Engineering function to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the highest quality standards.

10.Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.

11.Facilitate, direct and drive implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all engineering related areas of the business.

12.Initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering processes

13.Participate in the Business Unit meetings and review meetings with clients.. Report on Engineering activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators.

Preferred candidate profile

Education -Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical, Process Engineering or related fields.

Extensive experience typically 15+ years in engineering leadership roles, with a significant
portion in large-scale energy, chemical, or renewable projects.
