• Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize clay block manufacturing processes from raw material preparation to final product packaging.
• Monitor and improve kiln operations, extrusion processes, drying cycles, and material handling systems.
• Carryout energy audits/ energy balances and implement energy-saving initiatives across the production line.
• Optimize fuel usage in kilns and dryers to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.
• Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality and reduce waste.
• Collaborate/ coordinate with R&D, Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to introduce new techniques or product variants.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Train production staff on new processes, SOPs, energy conservation techniques and best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, trials, energy metrics, and performance indicators.
