Process Engineer

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION

LOCATION: KUNDLI

REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

1. The Process Engineer is responsible for assisting in the development and introduction of new products to the market.

2. This includes coordinating product design and testing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.

3. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective launch of new products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure product feasibility.

2. Organize focus groups or consumer testing to gather feedback and refine products

3. Track the progress of new product development projects to ensure they are on schedule

4. Prepare regular reports on the status of product development projects.

5. Document product specifications, design changes, and feedback from stakeholders

6. Improve product and process based on internal and external feedback.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1.B.E. OR B.TECH IN MECHANICAL, E&E, E&C

2. 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN NPD OR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OR PROCESS ENGINEERING
