India Nippon Electricals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Engineer will also be involved in project planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities1) Understanding of Customer and Process drawings in 2D / 3D .
2) Knowledge in New CNC Part Programing and setting changeover.3) Knowlegde in PFMEA , PFD ,and SOP - Preparation and review as per requirements.4) New products/Process trials & establishment.5) New Product/Process Validation.6) New machine design approvals and Supplier followups.7) New machine trials at supplier end and machine establishment in Line .8) PPAP Documentation and line readiness for customer audit. 9) Knowledge in Layout and Cycle time study . 10) System Knowledge in IATF-16949.
