The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical components (Sensors and SMD) and systems. The Engineer will collaborate with various departments to ensure that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Roles and Responsibilities1) Understanding of 3D model & Outline drawing based on customer requirement.
2) Process drawing preparation compliance to Process for Manufacturing & Assembly.3) Part commonisation & Poke-yoke requirement during process development.4) Part list & Process Flow chart preparation.5) PFMEA Preparation6) PPAP Documentation7) DFM analysis & Asembly machine,facility & tools selection8) New product Establishment9) New Process Establishment10) Process Validation11) Cycle time study & Capacity analysis12) Project report preparation
