Process Engineer - Automotive (Planisware)

As a Process Engineer specializing in Automotive Project Management with expertise in Planisware, your role will involve driving operational excellence in engineering projects by designing and optimizing processes and digital tools for Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management (PPRM). You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to strategic decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop standardized project management processes tailored to automotive engineering needs. - Design and Specify Planisware dashboards and functionalities to meet stakeholder requirements. - Support project teams in improving schedule and resource data. - Gather feedback, identify gaps, and drive enhancements in methods and tools. - Ensure synchronization with corporate processes and global standards. - Conduct onboarding and capability-building sessions for new engineers and project managers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in project management or process engineering in the automotive or manufacturing sector. - Hands-on experience with Planisware Enterprise, PowerBI, and MS Office tools. - Strong understanding of engineering workflows and resource planning. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
