Position Overview

Process Designing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare detailed engineering drawings for

  Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTPs)

  ,

  Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

  ,

  Common Treatment Plants (CTPs)

  ,

  Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs)

  , and

  Trade Effluent Treatment Plants (TTPs)

  .
• Perform

  basic and detailed design calculations

  to ensure optimal performance and compliance with environmental standards.
• Develop

  process flow diagrams (PFDs)

  ,

  piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

  , and

  general arrangement drawings (GADs)

  .
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to integrate process design with structural and mechanical systems.
• Review design documents, technical specifications, and vendor submissions.
• Ensure designs meet project schedules, budget constraints, and client expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering (or related field).

• Experience:

  5–6 years of relevant experience in process design for water or wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of

  basic design engineering

  ,

  calculation methods

  , and

  detailed structural design

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  STAAD

  , or other design software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
