Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to support daily task follow-ups, coordination, and reporting across departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn structured process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and reports.
• Track workflow and project updates using Google Sheets and process monitoring tools.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate to the concerned department.
• Maintain structured communication with on-site and office teams.
• Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
• Support senior management with process tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Assist in improving organizational processes and accountability systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and basic reporting.
• Professional, polite, and detail-oriented work approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clarity and discipline.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / Operations / Commerce preferred).
• Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are welcome).
• Gender: Female candidates preferred.
• Location: Within 7 km of the Ghaziabad office (for easy commute).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
