Hiring: Process Coordinator (Execution & Task Management)

Process Coordinator

What You Will Do

Create and track daily/weekly task lists for team members
Ensure every task has a clear owner, deadline, and status
Conduct short daily follow-ups and record progress
Chase missed deadlines and escalate delays with data
Share daily/weekly execution reports with management
Maintain SOPs, task documents, and process records
Ensure defined processes are followed consistently

Low-urgency or follow-up-free

Who Should Apply

Highly organized, detail-oriented executors
Comfortable with follow-ups, structure, and accountability
