Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor all stages of the manufacturing process for products like gas stoves, fans, motors, etc.
Ensure that production schedules are followed and targets are met on time.
Maintain process sheets, production reports, and daily progress records.
Liaise with the Quality Control, Store, and Dispatch departments to resolve process delays or material shortages.
Support in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Follow up with the purchase team for material availability and process-related inputs.
Coordinate between line supervisors and management for smooth workflow execution.
Skills Required:
Good understanding of production processes in home appliances manufacturing.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to track process timelines and maintain detailed records.
Basic technical knowledge of assembly lines and machinery.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
