Process Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator in our company, your role will involve coordinating and monitoring production activities across various units such as coating, printing, foiling, and frosting. It is crucial to ensure that production schedules are followed and deadlines are met without compromising on quality standards. Identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in processes and assisting in implementing corrective actions are key responsibilities that you will handle. Your collaboration with supervisors and machine operators will be essential in managing shift planning and resource allocation effectively. You will also be responsible for documenting and standardizing operating procedures (SOPs) for each process. Monitoring raw material availability and coordinating with the inventory team to prevent production delays will be part of your daily tasks. You will play a vital role in supporting quality assurance by ensuring compliance with product specifications and customer requirements. Facilitating communication between departments such as production, quality, maintenance, and logistics will be crucial for the smooth operation of the processes. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, downtime, and process yield will also be a significant part of your responsibilities.
