Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Facilitating new hire training
Coaching and conducting performance evaluation of trainees
Collaborating with program and operations managers to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help boost efficiency of services.
Tracking and managing CSAT during training, present training scores, cooperating with hiring to improve quality of hires
Providing weekly training updates
Shadowing agents to stay up to date with product/process changes
Drafting and making necessary updates to training material
