Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
Coordinate effectively with the European (Ireland-based) team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Organize and maintain data, generate reports, and manage documents using Google Drive and related tools.
Support administrative and operational tasks in line with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all communications and deliverables.

08:00 to 17:00 BST (British Standard Time).

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals who meet the following criteria:

Excellent communication skills
strong command of English (both written and verbal).
Minimum 1 year of experience
in international voice or blended processes.
Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams, demonstrating strong coordination, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Technical & infrastructure requirements:

High-speed wired broadband connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
Laptop with Windows 11, i3/i5 processor, SSD, and at least 8GB RAM
Wired headset with clear audio quality
Reliable power backup to ensure 89 hours of uninterrupted connectivity during shift hours
