Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, your role will involve managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will be responsible for obtaining client information by answering calls, conducting client interviews, and verifying information. While handling a variety of topics, you will need to follow communication scripts and identify customer needs. Your tasks will include clarifying information, researching issues, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives. Additionally, you should seize opportunities to up-sell products and build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile. Keeping accurate records of all conversations in the call center database is crucial. Attending educational seminars regularly to enhance your knowledge and performance level is also expected. Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets will be part of your responsibilities.
