Process Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support for payroll-related inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in payroll operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members on payroll processes and systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  2 to 7 years

  of relevant work experience in payroll management or processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
