Position Description: Provide high quality, real\-time assistance in support of client projects. Responsible for word processing and data entry and revisions incorporation in a variety of software and media. The requirement is to check the incoming and outgoing correspondence and to make sure that every information requested in the incoming correspondence is addressed in the outgoing correspondence in the most appropriate and effective manner
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
Technical Qualifications: Certification in typing is added advantage
Experience: Minimum of 0 to 1 year experience in word processing, Data Entry, Secretarial practice and proof reading will be an add on.
Organization Structure: Report to the Associate Client Manager
Work Schedule: Ability to work in flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
.Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the PCs for appropriate client clarification via PCs
Keep PCs proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time
Check on daily basis for feedback
Ensure process adherence at all times
Ensure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the team
Ensure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy
