Process Associate

Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiry Resolution: Act as the first point of contact, responding to customer inquiries about products or services, providing information, and offering guidance over the phone. Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues and complaints, finding effective solutions to customer concerns. Customer Assistance: Help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and optimize their overall experience. Interaction Management: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, actively listen to customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout every interaction. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, track issues, and provide feedback to contribute to improved customer service processes. Required Qualifications: Experience: Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO setting. Must not have any exams scheduled in the next 6 months. Immediate joiners are preferred. Skills: Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, specifically for international voice processes). Strong problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Work Environment: Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts. Working Days: 5 days working per week. Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided (with night shift allowance).
