An exciting opportunity for a Process Analyst to join the Global HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HRSS processes, support learning administration, employee profile management, and ensure compliance across geographies. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in LMS administration, vendor management, and process improvements.
1. Handle queries related to training enrolments and manage training schedules on LMS.
2. Report on training and e-learning administration while liaising with trainers and participants.
3. Perform LMS administrative tasks including troubleshooting login/access/password issues.
4. Manage vendor relations and process invoices for USA and UK.
5. Prepare documentation such as process maps, KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, ensuring compliance and supporting audits.
6. Suggest and implement process improvements aligned with regulatory or technological changes.
7. Maintain trackers, perform RCA, and ensure adherence to HRSS SOPs.
1. Graduate (PG in HR preferred).
2. Knowledge of ERPs and Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone on Demand.
3. Strong expertise in LMS administration.
4. Prior HR transition experience is desirable.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP reporting, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
