Position Summary:

The Process Analyst role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience in the Pension industry and a minimum qualification of graduation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.
• Ability to learn and grasp scheme nuances for DB & DC pensions.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to handle member/client calls and write professional emails.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills and Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Candidates who have applied in the last 3 months, cannot apply again!!

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in core Defined Benefits & Defined Contribution (DB & DC).
• Experience in areas such as Retirements, Death, Divorce Transfers, Retirals, Debt Management, Payroll Processing, and Scheme Rules.
